Conditions of Service

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jitu26", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jitu26 platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the jitu26 website accessible at https://jitu26.ws, including all subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and associated tools and services.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a jitu26 account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member on the Platform, used to access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Services" means all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Bandar Q, live roulette, and any other games or wagering products offered from time to time.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jitu26 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the minimum total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by jitu26 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms unless otherwise stated.

Use of the jitu26 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jitu26 does not permit use of its Services by any person under the age of 21. This age threshold reflects the platform's responsible gaming commitment and applies regardless of any lower legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering a contract, you are not eligible to use jitu26.
3. Residency: The Platform is designed for and primarily marketed to residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that your use of jitu26 does not violate any applicable law in your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing online gaming platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jitu26 Account. Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using third-party identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5. No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order at the time of registration or use of the Platform.
6. No Fraudulent Intent: You must not access the Platform for any fraudulent, collusive, money-laundering, or other unlawful purpose.

To access the Services, you must register a jitu26 Account. The following terms govern the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and the bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jitu26 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arose from your failure to maintain security. You must notify jitu26 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC Verification: jitu26 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any point. This may include submitting a copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification document, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC is complete.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to play using your Account, is prohibited.
• Inactive Accounts: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jitu26 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the Account Balance. Members will be notified in advance of inactivity fees being applied. Any remaining Balance at the time an account is closed for prolonged inactivity will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC.

All financial transactions on jitu26 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jitu26 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise communicated.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned to the source.
• jitu26 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your jitu26 Account Balance in real time or within the processing time stated above. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact live support with your transfer receipt.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the account used for your most recent deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money-laundering requirement.
• jitu26 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian national holidays. Average processing time is under 10 minutes for bank transfers and under 3 minutes for e-wallet payouts.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed while a KYC verification is outstanding on your Account. Complete your KYC as early as possible to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.
• jitu26 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, originate from accounts with atypical betting patterns, or are flagged by the platform's fraud detection system. Such checks will be completed promptly, and the Member will be informed of any delay.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Real-money Balance is always withdrawable subject to KYC completion.

jitu26 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. Each bonus may carry additional eligibility criteria, such as minimum deposit amounts or specific game category restrictions.
• One Bonus Per Household / Device / IP Address: jitu26 enforces a one-active-bonus-per-household policy. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through related accounts, shared IP addresses, or shared devices will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger an account review.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible game categories for each bonus are stated in that promotion's individual terms. As a general reference, Welcome Bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 5x to 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Validity Period: Bonuses that are not used or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance) will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to clearing a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each promotion are stated in its specific terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. Where such a cap applies, it will be explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Misuse: jitu26 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting designed purely to clear wagering requirements — is detected.
• Modification and Cancellation: jitu26 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will have their bonus honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claim.

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the jitu26 Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., for sports betting, togel, live casino, or slots) are published within each product section and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Finality of Results: Game and bet results generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer outcomes are final. jitu26 does not alter, reverse, or adjust outcomes after they are settled, except in cases of a documented technical error or system malfunction.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a platform malfunction, network interruption, or game software error that materially affects the outcome of a wager, jitu26 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Member's Balance. jitu26 will not be liable for any losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits: Each game and market on jitu26 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed clearly within the game interface. jitu26 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets and stated odds at the time the bet is placed. In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at jitu26's discretion. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds at that moment are locked in for the Member.
• Void Bets: A wager may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, market suspension due to irregularity, data feed error, or where the bet was accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Any Member found to have participated in collusion with other Members, or to have placed bets connected to match-fixing or manipulation of any sporting event, will have their Account permanently closed and all funds forfeited. jitu26 cooperates fully with relevant sporting integrity authorities.

jitu26 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms of excessive gambling. The following tools and policies form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: No person under the age of 21 may register or use the jitu26 Platform under any circumstances.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings at any time. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Duration Limits: Members may set a maximum gaming session duration. Once the set duration is reached, the Member will be logged out automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended, promotional communications are suppressed, and login is blocked. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to jitu26 support and take effect within 24 hours of the request being acknowledged.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions that display session duration and net win/loss figures.

All content on the jitu26 Platform — including but not limited to the jitu26 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, video streams, and compiled databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of jitu26 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, licence, sublicence, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jitu26.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Game content is licensed by jitu26 from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. All respective intellectual property rights remain with those studios.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jitu26 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, where jitu26 has determined it cannot lawfully serve users.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or account closure measure, including by creating a new account after a self-exclusion is in effect.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits through your bank or payment provider. Any Member who initiates an unauthorised chargeback will have their Account closed and the chargeback amount, plus any associated fees, will be pursued as a debt.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or other Members' experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitu26 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — in connection with the Platform and its Services.

• jitu26 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• In no event shall jitu26's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jitu26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jitu26's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.1 Termination by jitu26: jitu26 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jitu26 reasonably believes that the Member has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members. In the event of termination for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jitu26 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no Wagering Requirements are pending.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Prohibited Conduct, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination indefinitely.

jitu26 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling principles at jitu26 include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the provision of gaming services, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• jitu26 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Financial data, including bank account and e-wallet details, is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jitu26, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of gaming law and the operational jurisdiction under which jitu26 holds its gaming licence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through jitu26's customer support process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.

jitu26 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jitu26 will notify registered Members via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Members' rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.
