jitu26 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply as general guidelines:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jitu26 will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise the relevant data. Where deletion is not immediately practicable (for example, where data is held in backup archives), jitu26 will isolate the data from active processing until it can be securely destroyed.

The jitu26 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide a functional, personalised, and secure experience. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They manage your login session, maintain your account state across page navigation, and support security features such as CSRF protection. These cookies cannot be disabled without preventing core Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: These cookies remember your preferences — such as your chosen language display settings or game lobby filters — so you do not need to re-enter them on each visit. They improve convenience but are not strictly required for the Platform to operate.

jitu26 is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register, access, or use any of the Services offered on the Platform.

jitu26 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Where jitu26 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data belonging to an individual under 21 has been collected — whether through misrepresentation during registration or any other means — jitu26 will:

Members are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party service they interact with. jitu26 selects third-party partners carefully and requires, by contract, that they handle any data received from or in connection with jitu26 in a manner consistent with the standards set out in this Privacy Policy.

Payment service providers — including Indonesian bank gateways supporting BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallet platforms OVO, DANA, and GoPay — process financial transactions independently. jitu26 does not store raw financial credentials and relies on these providers' own security infrastructure for payment data protection.

jitu26's primary operations are oriented toward Members in Indonesia, and the majority of data processing takes place on infrastructure located within or closely serving the Southeast Asian region. However, some of jitu26's third-party service providers — including KYC verification partners, game studio technology vendors, and fraud detection services — may process data on servers located outside Indonesia.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, jitu26 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those described in this Policy;
• Transfers only to jurisdictions or service providers that maintain data protection standards recognised as adequate by jitu26's data protection assessment process; and
• Encryption of data in transit for all international transfers.

jitu26 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or Platform functionality. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

For material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights or how your data is used — jitu26 will notify registered Members via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. You will be asked to acknowledge the updated Policy on your next login where required by law.

Your continued use of the jitu26 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
